Quantum PLC module USES modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, after strict production process manufacturing, the internal circuit adopted advanced anti-interference technology, so it has very high reliability. Quantum PLC also with hardware fault self-detection function, failure can be timely alarm information. And can be programmed in the Concept of peripheral components of the fault self-diagnosis program, so that the system in addition to THE PLC circuit and equipment also obtain fault self-diagnosis protection, so that the whole system has high reliability. Under normal state, the host CPU is responsible for processing program operation, I/O communication, update the status and data of the standby CPU through the hot standby module, and the standby machine monitors the running status of the host. When the host machine fails, the standby machine will switch immediately and become the host machine to replace the processing work of the failed machine. Moreover, the switching time is short and will not exceed a scanning cycle of PLC, so the logic operation will not be affected.
