Mô đun Series 90-30 PLC Profibus DP Master Module GE FANUC IC693PBM200
GE FANUC IC693PBM200 , Series 90-30 PLC , Profibus DP Master Module
Product Description
The GE Fanuc IC693PBM200 is a Master module for the PROFIBUS DP networks. Users can mount the Master module in any Series 90-30 baseplate slot except slot 1 of a modular CPU baseplate. The Master module allows an IC693 PLC to send and receive I/O data from a PROFIBUS DP network. Among the features are Sync and Freeze modes and LED indicators for both the PROFIBUS-compliant COM and SYS. Users can update the firmware on the master module using the service port.
The Master module supports all standard data rates as well as up to 125 DP slaves. It also supports 244 bytes of input and output for each slave. Configuring the Master module requires specific software. It requires ME Logic Developer PLC programming software and it must be version 3.0 or later. When a user is migrating from the HE693PBM101 PROFIBUS Master Module, they should consider a few issues. Firstly, the slave status area on the IC693PBM200 is 128 points by default – twice the size of the 64 point HE693PBM101. You may need to reduce the size of the slave status area according to the usage of the previous module.
Unlike the HE693PBM101, the IC693PBM200 enters Clear Mode whenever the PLC is not scanning its I/O. Furthermore, the slave status bits are arranged differently in these two modules. The HE693PBM101 arranges bits by the order of appearance in the configuration. On the other hand, the IC693PBM200 arranges bits in order of bus address. There is a limit to the amount of data that may be exchanged between a CPU and module. For the IC693PBM200, that limit is 3,972 bytes of input data. Input data is the data going from the Master module to the CPU. The limit going in the opposite direction is output data. It has the same limit of 3,972 bytes.
