Quantum PLC module USES modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, after strict production process manufacturing, the internal circuit adopted advanced anti-interference technology, so it has very high reliability. Quantum PLC also with hardware fault self-detection function, failure can be timely alarm information. And can be programmed in the Concept of peripheral components of the fault self-diagnosis program, so that the system in addition to THE PLC circuit and equipment also obtain fault self-diagnosis protection, so that the whole system has high reliability. All modules can be plugged and plugged on, no need to stop the system, reduce the workload, easy to maintain. Quantum PLC has complete supporting facilities, complete functions and strong applicability. The important systems such as river water intake and condensate fine treatment adopt double machine heat backup, redundant power supply, redundant remote I/O, plus double Ethernet to ensure the safe and continuous operation of the system. Especially the advanced two – machine hot – standby system has simple configuration and convenient operation. Through two sets of modules with identical configuration, the form of primary and secondary is formed. Under normal state, the host CPU is responsible for processing program operation, I/O communication, update the status and data of the standby CPU through the hot standby module, and the standby machine monitors the running status of the host. When the host machine fails, the standby machine will switch immediately and become the host machine to replace the processing work of the failed machine. Moreover, the switching time is short and will not exceed a scanning cycle of PLC, so the logic operation will not be affected.
