The IC660TSS100 terminal assembly is a Genius terminal assembly that is used for a variety of applications in different industries. This part is manufactured by GE Fanuc and it is used for isolated I/O blocks that operate on a voltage of 115 Volts AC or 125 Volts DC. These blocks have 8 circuits separated into 2 isolated groups. Some of the features of these blocks are the output pulse test capability, CPU redundancy type, bus switching module control, selectable input filter time, output power-up options, and several different diagnostics checks and many more. The featured blocks from the Genius series require a control power level of a maximum of 8 Watts and the frequency for the input is 47 to 63 Hertz. The maximum ripple is 10%.

The IC660BBS100 I/O block is a 115 or 125 Volts DC isolated I/O block which reports failed switch diagnostics and the IC660BBS101 I/O block is a 115 to 125 Volts DC isolated I/O block which does not report failed switch diagnostics. The IC660BBS100 I/O block will also report failed switch diagnostics if the switch state of an output is not the same as the commanded state. The IC660BBS100 and the IC660BBS101 I/O blocks generate 8 Watts of heat in general, and they also generate 4.7 Watts of heat for each input circuit at a 100% duty cycle which is sinking 2 Amps and they generate 1.1 Watts of heat for each output circuit which is operating at a 100% duty cycle. The GE Fanuc I/O blocks are composed of a terminal assembly like the IC660TSS100 terminal assembly and a compatible electronics assembly.
