The IC693MDL634 is a 24-volt DC Positive/Negative Logic Input Module for the Series 90-30 Programmable Logic Controller by GE Fanuc. The IC693MDL634 module has one group with eight input points and one common power input terminal. IC693MDL634’s configuration allows both positive logic and negative logic characteristics. These input characteristics are suitable for a great variety of user-supplied input devices, such as electronic proximity switches, pushbuttons, and limit switches.
Once the current goes through an input point, the result is a logic 1 in the input status table (%I). The user can supply power to operate field devices, or an isolated +24 VDC output can be used to supply power to a limited number of DC inputs.
